There is a difference between rejecting religion as a man made idea, and rejecting spirituality as an essential and rather instinctive need. Refusing religion as the only tool to access divinity does not mean, in any way, refusing the instinctive necessity of seeking it altogether.
Religion and Spirituality are not interchangeable.
There is an unreachable dimension that only spirituality unlocks. Not believing in an all-knowing, all-powerful, omnipresent god, does not mean that divinity does not exist in the smell of wood or the sound of the ocean, it does not mean that we cannot find it in the beauty of nature or the touch of a loved one's hand.
Religion is not a need, Spirituality is.
